2. 15-Day Return Policy
We are confident in the quality and style of our gear. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may initiate a return within 15 days of the product delivery date.
Return Conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required for all returns.
Note on Shipping: The customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped or product defect).
3. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.

- Refund Denials: Returns that do not meet the conditions (e.g., used items, missing tags) will be returned to the customer, and a refund will not be issued.

For broader reach, many of our high-style pet products are also available through our official store on the Amazon marketplace.
Important Note: Products purchased through Amazon or any other third-party retailer are subject to that platform's individual payment, shipping, and return policies. Please direct all inquiries regarding orders placed on Amazon directly to their customer service team, as we cannot process their refunds or returns.
